Laksa Kit

Laksa is a popular street food in South East Asia. Although known as “street food”, it is in no way quick and easy to make…until now. The key to our laksa is the heavenly soup made with our very own Made-From-Scratch Prawn Stock: you will taste the complex flavors developed from hours of simmering. Add a laksa paste made from fresh spices and dried chilies and you’ll think you’re in the foodcourts of Singapore.

1 packet shrimps, fish balls, and a hard-boiled egg

Pork Vindaloo Kit

Vindaloo is a classic Indian curry and pork is the most traditional of vindaloos. Our vindaloo is made the classic way: freshly grinding the spices just before you need them for maximum flavor. This dish will take about 45 minutes because the meat has to simmer until tender. Be patient and we promise it will be worth it.

Butter Chicken Kit

Butter Chicken is almost unanimously everyone’s favorite Indian dish!! It’s rich and flavorful, but not spicy (there is spice, but the cream tempers it quite a bit). The sauce is luscious and perfect for sopping with warm flatbreads. Best of all, this is so easy to make at home with our kit….no need to buy 10 different spices!
